How to Use

Cafiza Brewer Cleaner

For automatic espresso machines:

Intended for daily use.
Insert one Cafiza cleaning tablet in the machine opening.
Follow the machine manufacturer’s cleaning and maintenance instructions.

For traditional espresso machines:

Insert a blind filter into the porta-filter and add one Cafiza tablet. Lock into the group head.
Activate the brew cycle for 10 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
Remove the porta-filter, activate brew cycle, rinse in the water stream, then stop cycle.
Reinsert the porta-filter, run the cycle again (10 sec on / 10 sec off), repeat 5 times.
Prepare and discard one cup of espresso to ensure no residue remains.

Milk Cleaner

Dissolve the contents of one 10g sachet in 500 ml of warm water.
Run the solution through the milk system, following the machine manufacturer’s cleaning program.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Regular use ensures hygienic milk frothing, prevents blockages, and guarantees delicious cappuccinos and lattes every time!

Descaler (H2-Wave Cleaner)

For Coffee Machines:

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in the water tank with 500 ml of water.
Turn on the machine and allow the full solution to be dispensed.
Refill the tank with clean water and run a full rinse cycle.
Always follow your machine’s instructions for descaling.

For Kettles:

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in water filled to the normal use level.
Heat until the temperature reaches 40–50 °C, then switch off and wait 20 minutes.
Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
