Crunchy nougat with hazelnuts 90grams
Product made according to the indications of a family recipe using the "Avellane" hazelnuts of Irpinia and selected and controlled ingredients.
Slowly cooked in steam boilers for about eight to ten hours, shaped in special molds to enhance its friability, it is then cut by hand and left to cool and rest until the next day.
To the eye it is rich in dried fruit, to the palate it is delicate and the typical aromas of honey.
The soft Nougat with Almonds can be enjoyed at any time of the year not only during the Christmas period. The characteristic of our nougat is the softness combined with the flavour of toasted almonds, in fact it is suitable for everyone, young and old.
