GMO Statement
Dersut Caffe Spa declares that no ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms are used in the production of this coffee. Therefore it is not subject to the labelling requirements established by EC Regulation 1830 2003.
Processing Method
Roasting is performed using a methane powered system processing one variety at a time at a maximum temperature of 220 C. Roasting time is 12 to 15 minutes. The beans are then cooled with air cleaned blended and packaged.
Packaging Method
Automatic packaging in multilayer film PET aluminum and LDPE suitable for food contact in compliance with applicable European regulations.
Minimum Shelf Life
24 months from the date of packaging. Store in a clean cool and dry place.
