Meseta Bio medium roast Ground Coffee is ideal for lovers of 100% Arabica: this blend is obtained from a selection of the best coffee beans picked from Fairtrade cultivations in Brazil, and allows you to taste all the aroma and flavor of top quality coffee at any time. An excellent balance of flavor, aroma and acidity. Once they reach our roasting plant in Castel Maggiore, the raw coffee beans undergo a medium roast, followed by grinding and packing in practical 250g jars. The medium roast provides an excellent balance of flavor, aroma and acidity: indeed, it produces a cup of coffee with a particularly intense, rich aromatic profile, dominated by fragrances of roasting and fresh fruit and flowers, together with a slight hint of spices. Its taste is slightly bitter with medium acidity and full body. It is excellent any time you wish to enjoy a 100% Arabica Fairtrade coffee with the moka pot (it can also be made with the espresso machine, taking care not to press the powder too hard in the filter).The medium roasted Meseta Bio blend is available in aluminum tin with a capacity of 250 grams, fitted with a seal to safeguard the coffee’s aroma and freshness, it is available in cartons of 6 pieces in total.
